Confirming your email

Submitting this form requests a confirmation email from Brevo, our email service provider. You join the mailing list only after clicking its confirmation link. If you didn’t request the email, ignore it.

What is processed

Your email address is sent to Brevo to deliver the confirmation and manage your subscription. Brevo processes confirmation and delivery records, including timestamps, and maintains unsubscribe and suppression records. We send launch and product updates to the confirmed Dungeon list through Brevo.

The form submits directly to Brevo, which also receives the connection information needed to process the request. New email addresses are not saved in this website’s legacy subscriber database. The form includes a hidden field to help identify automated submissions.

Leaving the waitlist

Use the unsubscribe link in any Dungeon update to stop marketing emails. Brevo may retain a suppression record to respect your choice. Earlier signups collected before the Brevo integration can still use their original private “Leave the waitlist” link to delete their old website record; those records are not automatically imported into Brevo.
